These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rummy Gold mobile application (the "App") provided by RajaAroha ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility: adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for making sure that using the App is lawful where you live.
2. Entertainment only, no real-money gaming
- Games are played against computer-controlled opponents using virtual coins.
- Success in the App does not imply future success at real-money gaming.
- Please play responsibly and take regular breaks.
3. Virtual coins
- Virtual coins, levels and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, sold, transferred or exchanged for real money, goods or services, inside or outside the App.
- You receive a limited licence to use Virtual Items within the App only. You do not own them.
- Virtual Items and game progress are stored on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data or change devices, and we cannot restore them.
- We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items, tables, rewards or features at any time.
4. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the terms of the store from which you downloaded the App.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it
- Use cheats, bots, exploits or other unauthorised software, or tamper with the App or its data
- Use the App to offer, organise or facilitate gambling for real money or anything of value
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers or networks
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
6. Intellectual property
The App and all of its content, including its name, logo, graphics, artwork, card designs, sounds, music, text and software, belong to RajaAroha or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in Section 4, these Terms do not give you any rights to our content.
7. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as AppsFlyer for analytics and install attribution, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the app store from which you downloaded the App is also subject to its own terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
The App requires an internet connection. We may update, change, suspend or stop the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RajaAroha will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, virtual items, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
